Role Overview
Qatar Airways is seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join the Product Development & Design (PDD) Team. You will transform complex product strategies and customer experience concepts into visually compelling presentations for leadership, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will support the SVP of Product Development, ensuring that design and product strategies are communicated clearly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact, executive-ready presentations for strategic and leadership reviews.
- Translate abstract product and customer experience concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency in visual language across all decks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and operational teams to create presentation materials that highlight projects, design decisions, and implementation plans.
- Create annotated visuals, mockups, and visual frameworks supporting product delivery.
- Apply design principles for layout, hierarchy, and storytelling in presentations.
- Work with raw content (notes, sketches, data) to structure narratives aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage multiple presentation projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
- Partner with strategy, research, product, and operational teams to gather inputs and align messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5+ years in visual communications, presentation design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing executive or product-focused presentation work.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Excellent skills in visual layout, formatting, storytelling, and translating workflows into visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
