Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium food and beverage service in VIP lounges
- Assist premium customers professionally and efficiently
- Maintain lounge service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Create memorable customer experiences
- Ensure smooth service through proper mise en place and coordination
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Qualification with minimum 1 year job-related experience
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year job-related experience
- Preferred experience in 4–5 star hotels, airline lounges, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Job-Specific Skills
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
