Qatar Airways Group is organizing a Recruitment Event in Serbia to hire skilled Food & Beverage professionals for Lounge Operations in Doha, Qatar. These roles are focused on delivering 5-star premium lounge service in line with Qatar Airways standards, local customs, and international hospitality best practices.
Selected candidates will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, maintaining service excellence, and strengthening the Qatar Airways brand value across all premium lounges.

- Lounge Attendant – Front of House

- Lounge Supervisor

- Supervisor – Al Maha Services
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 5-star Food & Beverage service in premium lounges
- Assist premium customers in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Maintain food quality, safety, and lounge service standards
- Create memorable moments that surprise and delight guests
- Ensure mise en place is completed for smooth shift-to-shift operations
- Uphold hygiene, grooming, and Qatar Airways brand standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Qualification with minimum 1 year of job-related experience
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year of job-related experience
Preferred:
- Experience in 4–5 star hotels, airline lounges, or high-end fine dining restaurants

Estimated Salary & Benefits
💰 Estimated Salary: QAR 3,500 – 6,500 per month (role and experience dependent)
