Job Overview
Qatar Airways is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Officer to support the execution of the loyalty strategy across Retail and F&B channels. The role focuses on driving revenue and loyalty KPIs including redemption, collection, penetration, acquisition, and average transaction value (ATV). The officer will collaborate with QR Loyalty, Retail, F&B, Digital, and IT teams to deliver campaigns, personalize experiences, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of loyalty campaigns and projects aligned with overarching retail loyalty strategy
- Assist internal and external agencies in campaign creative development and delivery
- Coordinate personalized Retail & F&B campaigns with the QR Personalization Team
- Drive Avios currency activity and Privilege Club acquisition at HIA
- Collaborate with Loyalty Proposition teams to implement enhancements and improvements
- Produce weekly and campaign performance reports for key stakeholders
- Support test-and-learn approach for campaign optimization
- Act as Operations Champion with full understanding of POS systems in Retail and F&B
- Coordinate delivery of training materials for Avios & Privilege Club programs
- Assist IT project initiation with proper documentation on desired customer outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Qualifications & Experience
Enthusiasm for the airline industry and customer experience
Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loyalty, marketing, or campaign management
Fluent in spoken and written English
Intermediate knowledge of dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong understanding of customer data and ability to communicate insights effectively
Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
