Qatar Airways is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme exclusively for Qatari nationals. The programme provides structured development across general aviation and role-specific areas, designed to equip participants with the skills, competencies, and professional behaviours required to excel across the Qatar Airways Group after completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a Qatari national or have a Qatari mother.
• Age between 20 and 28 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an institution approved by the Supreme Education Council – Higher Education Institute.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
• CID clearance required.
• Medical clearance required.
