Job Description
The Graduate Development Programme is a structured two-year development initiative designed exclusively for Qatari Nationals who have recently completed their Bachelor’s degree. The programme provides a combination of general aviation exposure and role-specific development to prepare graduates for long-term careers across the Qatar Airways Group.
Participants will gain professional skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience to enable them to perform effectively within different business functions after successful programme completion.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Must be Qatari National or have a Qatari mother
- Age must be between 20 and 28 years
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an institution approved by the Supreme Education Council – Higher Education Institute
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above
- Successful CID clearance
- Successful medical clearance
