Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all front-of-house F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experience. This role includes menu planning, sales analytics, team leadership, HACCP compliance, and managing concessions and JV partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations and landside outlets, ensuring service excellence.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and HACCP compliance.
- Achieve financial objectives, maximize revenue, and control costs through effective inventory and par level management.
- Develop cyclical menu offers and product improvements to optimize business performance.
- Oversee F&B sales data management, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Coordinate with Executive Chef, concessions, and JV partners for brand consistency, training, marketing, and compliance.
- Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively enhance service quality.
- Prepare and present monthly operational and financial reports.
- Lead promotional campaigns to drive sales and optimize product placement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Qualifications in food preparation and service (e.g., City & Guilds 7103 & 4425) and HACCP certified.
- Membership in Institute of Hospitality (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in F&B management within airports, hotels, or shopping complexes.
- Proven ability to manage diverse brands and drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results.
- Expert knowledge of electronic POS systems and multi-currency management.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Business acumen, financial awareness, and decision-making capability.
