Job Description
Qatar Executive, the business jet charter division of Qatar Airways Group, is seeking First Officers to operate luxury private jets. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in business aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate business jet aircraft in accordance with Qatar Executive and Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) standards.
- Maintain operational readiness and comply with all flight procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operations, including briefing, planning, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight hours, aircraft logs, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with the cockpit and cabin crew to ensure seamless operations and exceptional passenger experience.
- Adhere to all company procedures, operational manuals, and safety protocols.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Pilot or Head of Qatar Executive operations.
Qualifications
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Last flight on Jet Aircraft must be within the last 12 months
- ELP Level 4 or above
- Minimum 1,500 hours total time on Aeroplane
- Minimum 500 hours on Multi-Crew Jet Aircraft

Ability to perform effectively in multi-crew environments
