Job Description

Job Overview
Qatar Airways is seeking a Data Analysis Specialist to provide analytical support to the employee experience team. The role focuses on data-driven insights to inform HR initiatives, improve employee engagement, and enable strategic decision-making. The specialist will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-quality analysis across employee surveys and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support continuous listening strategies through data analysis aligned with HR employee experience objectives.
  • Design and analyze employee engagement surveys, including annual engagement and pulse surveys.
  • Gather, validate, and maintain accurate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data patterns and trends to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Track and report KPIs and performance metrics for HR initiatives.
  • Conduct research on emerging best practices in data management and visualization.
  • Support initiatives such as exit interviews and diagnostic studies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Use advanced analytics to predict employee satisfaction and performance trends.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards.
  • Enhance employee experience through targeted and personalized insights.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School / Vocational Qualification / Diploma with 5+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years experience, or Bachelor’s Degree without prior experience.
  • Experience working with employee surveys and analytical tools.
  • PC literate with strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies and data visualization.
  • Ability to deliver accurate results under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, results-driven, resilient, and adaptable.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Qatar Airways products and services.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
