Job Overview
Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to provide administrative support, handle customer complaints, and maintain high corporate standards. The role ensures timely responses to customer requests while assisting departmental operations and supporting meetings, documentation, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
  • Coordinate external visitor unit visits and address customer requests accordingly.
  • Respond to internal/external customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and Voyage Reports (VR) professionally; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for meetings; take accurate minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Screen and prioritize communications for urgent matters.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of incoming documents for approvals.
  • Monitor office supplies, materials, and equipment; place orders as needed.
  • Perform other departmental duties as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Qualification / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Customer-focused attitude and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team focus and commitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing records.
