Job Overview
Qatar Airways is seeking a Commercial Marketing Specialist (Qatari National) to lead planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing campaigns. This role manages multi-market initiatives, sponsorships, brand activations, and commercial products while ensuring campaign performance, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and rollout of global and tactical marketing campaigns aligned with commercial priorities.
- Manage creative briefings, approvals, and asset localization with internal and external partners.
- Track campaign progress, flag risks, and ensure timely completion to high standards.
- Support post-campaign evaluations, compiling insights, dashboards, and management reports.
- Improve marketing workflows and processes using software tools to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate partnership activations with tourism boards, airline partners, and airports.
- Ensure governance, budget tracking, and compliance with brand standards and approval procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or brand operations in a large or multi-market organization.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and partner relationships.
- Tech-savvy with interest in digital tools and marketing software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with workflow/project management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
