Job Purpose
As a Cabin Services Assistant (CSA), you will ensure that Emirates’ First Class A380 Shower Spas and cabin areas are hygienically clean, personalised, and ready for each customer’s use. Your role also includes maintaining lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas to provide an exceptional customer experience while upholding Emirates’ brand image. You will report to the Purser or Senior Flight Steward as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of Shower Spas, lavatories, lounges, and passenger cabins.
- Personalise Shower Spas for each First Class customer using the Shower Spa Reservations System.
- Conduct inventory control to ensure all amenities and onboard products are correctly stocked.
- Perform routine cabin tidy duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow CSA checklists to meet required standards for cleanliness and amenity placement.
- Report defects, maintenance issues, or unusual occurrences to the Purser.
- Ensure adherence to uniform standards, punctuality, and the chain of command.
- Support smooth operations of the Shower Spa Reservation System and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or housekeeping is advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced aviation environment.
