Job Purpose
As an Emirates Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of Emirates, providing exceptional customer service while prioritizing safety onboard. The role requires adaptability, confidence, and the ability to manage both service and emergency procedures in a multicultural environment. You will receive world-class training at Emirates’ facility in Dubai, preparing you to deliver a premium experience to passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to passengers on all flights.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed, taking control in emergencies.
- Assist passengers with directions, queries, and onboard services.
- Work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
- Maintain Emirates’ professional standards, including grooming, appearance, and conduct.
- Follow airline operational protocols and procedures for each flight.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate (Grade 12).
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Height: minimum 160 cm, able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Culturally aware, professional, empathetic, and able to handle demanding schedules.
- Eligible to work in the UAE and meet visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: AED 4,980 / month
- Flying pay: AED 69.60 / hour (average 80–100 hours/month)
- Average total monthly pay: ~AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280)

- Meal allowances credited in arrears for night stops
