Qatar Airways is hosting a recruitment event in Zimbabwe to attract talented Aircraft Mechanics and Licensed Aircraft Engineers for its state-of-the-art MRO Division at Hamad International Airport (HIA), Doha. Selected candidates will join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and servicing Qatar Airways’ fleet across multiple maintenance disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with Qatar Airways engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft components to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the MRO division to optimize operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, engineering, and flight operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant aviation maintenance certifications and licenses for the specific discipline.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance (heavy, line, light, cabin, IFE, workshop, structures, or engines).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, aviation safety standards, and MRO best practices.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
