Role Summary
The Cabin Services Assistant ensures hygienic, personalized upkeep of the A380 First-Class Shower Spa and aircraft lavatories, providing an exceptional experience to premium passengers. The role focuses strictly on cleaning, restocking, tidying designated aircraft areas, and maintaining service standards without participating in cabin crew food or beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of First-Class Shower Spas after each use.
- Restock amenities and personalize Shower Spa setup based on reservation schedule.
- Monitor cleanliness of First, Business, and Economy lavatories and social cabin spaces.
- Conduct inventory checks to verify correct product loading and availability.
- Ensure compliance with the Shower Spa reservations system and manage timing.
- Report equipment defects or unusual activity to senior crew.
- Maintain aircraft hygiene and cleanliness using specified procedures and checklists.
- Follow professional uniform and reporting standards and adhere to chain-of-command.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience working with a:
- Major international airline, or
- International hotel chain, or
- Premium hospitality provider.
- Hospitality housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
- Must speak and write English fluently.
