The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer will provide research and sourcing support for the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on candidate identification using social media and deep-web search, sharing market intelligence, and supporting candidate approach efforts. Where required, the officer will identify, approach, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, approach, and screen potential candidates for job openings.
- Serve as the primary candidate sourcer for roles requiring support.
- Utilize deep web search, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver shortlists.
- Organize advertising, interviewing, and selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
- Streamline recruitment operations to assist the Line Manager.
- Execute recruitment strategies locally and overseas to attract qualified candidates.
- Represent Qatar Airways externally with employer branding initiatives.
- Recruit suitable candidates per approved manpower budgets.
- Screen applications to shortlist candidates effectively.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in HR within large multinational environments.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
