Job Overview
Qatar Airways Group is seeking an experienced Technical Architect – ERP Cloud Integration to act as the organization’s technical authority for cloud-based ERP integration. This role focuses on integrating Oracle Fusion with other QR business systems, designing resilient, scalable, and secure integration architectures, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end integration solutions using event-driven messaging platforms (Solace, Kafka) and ESB frameworks.
- Establish design guidelines, integration patterns, and best practices for ERP and enterprise system connectivity.
- Lead technical reviews, code audits, and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Implement observability practices, monitoring, and logging for seamless integration flows.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with downstream applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other ERP tools.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (security, scalability, availability, resiliency) are met.
- Drive automation initiatives for monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise development teams, mentor staff, and ensure project deliverables align with design guidelines.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams to maintain group-wide standards.
- Lead production readiness reviews and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Plan and execute POCs to validate complex solutions and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in ERP cloud integration, event-driven architectures, and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Solace, Kafka, Apache Camel, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, message routing, schema design, error handling, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT governance standards.
- Experience in ERP integration strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions to executives and technical teams.
