Qatar Airways Group is hosting a Virtual Recruitment Event to hire German-speaking Contact Centre Agents for its Doha Contact Centre. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who are fluent in German and English and passionate about delivering world-class service in a fast-paced aviation environment.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling reservations, enquiries, and service requests across multiple communication channels while representing one of the worldβs leading airlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and web chat
- Create new bookings and modify existing reservations
- Provide accurate fare quotations and ticketing services
- Upsell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services
- Process ticket refunds and support frequent flyer programs
- Assist E-commerce and trade-related customer queries
- Escalate complex issues to senior contact centre staff when required
Required Qualifications
- High School Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
